Agrify Corp. Sells Cultivation Business and Shifts Focus to Cannabis Beverages
The Michigan -based hashish firm Agrify Company introduced the sale of its cultivation firm to CP Acquisitions, LLC on Monday, as a result of Agrify is planning to focus on the actions of the hashish drinks. Within the deal, CP -acquisitions – led by former Agrify chairman and CEO Raymond Chang – will undertake the enterprise liabilities of the cultivation trade and ends round $ 7 million in two convertible notes of CP.
